1. Shipping Locations
We ship to all states within India and to select international destinations.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)

- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (for prepaid) or order placement (for COD).
- Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
3. International Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: 12–25 business days (depending on destination country and customs clearance).
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Starts from approximately ₹1500–₹3500 (varies).
- Customs & Duties: Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges levied by their country. Aetherix is not liable for such charges.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link and updates via WhatsApp and/or Email.
- You can track your order in real-time using the link provided.
5. Delivery Delays
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, customs clearance (international), or courier partner issues. Aetherix is not liable for such delays.
6. Failed Delivery / Undelivered Packages
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the package will be returned to us.
- Reshipping will be done only after payment of additional shipping charges (if applicable).
