1. Return Window
You can return most items within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return/Refund
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Original invoice/order number is required
- Proof of purchase (screenshot/email) is mandatory
3. How to Request a Return

- Share your Order ID, photos/videos of the product & packaging
- We will provide return shipping address and instructions
- Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship it back
4. Refund Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method (via Razorpay)
- You will receive confirmation via WhatsApp/Email once processed
5. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
100% free replacement or full refund (including return shipping cost paid by us) if:
- Product is damaged on arrival
- Wrong item dispatched
- Manufacturing defect found
Just send photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Cancellation Before Shipping
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped and get 100% refund instantly.
